You guys are always asking to see more of my own training program so I thought I’d share one of my latest workouts you! All you’ll need is a medium set of dumbbells!
Don’t rush those reps and aim to train at a moderate speed! After all the reps are complete, the remainder of each minute is yours to rest!
3 ROUNDS
20x Seated Dumbbell Press
SS
20x Tricep Dips
SS
20x Incline Push Ups
Then…
4 ROUNDS
30x Single Leg Suitcase Sit Ups (Alternating)
SS
30s Side Plank R
SS
30s Side Plank L
Then…
5 ROUNDS
60sec to complete MAX Weighted Walking Lunges
SS
20x Kettle Bell Swings
