What’s More Important For Staying Lean?

When it comes to what's more a effective fat burn between cardio or weights, the answer is:
DON’T CHOOSE ONE!!
This isn’t The Bears vs The Packers people!
When paired together they can change your body more quickly than just one on its own, so that's exactly what I want you to do. Also, instead of doing all your weights then all your cardio, I want you to work in cardio bursts within your strength training to save time AND max out your calorie burn.
For example: Complete 3 rounds of: 10x Chest flys SS with 15x Tricep dips then do a 1 minute dash on cardio equipment, jump rope or even a quick jog in your backyard. Then, move on to another weighted exercise like 4 rounds of 12x Dumbbell rows SS 20x Walking lunges (don’t put down those dumbbells!) and hit another 1 min sweat move.
Keep repeating this pattern!
With these two stimuli in tandem, you will be able to elevate your heart rate and keep your fat burn alive, while also challenging your muscle bellies and gaining the highest caloric burn possible.
