The Shower Combo That I'll Use Forever
Living the last 10 years between LA and Denver has held it’s share of adventures but the one I didn’t anticipate was the massive breakdown of my hair. I’m guessing I had the arid climate to thank for this… dryness wrecked havoc on my face and skin too, and I felt like I was in a permanent state of dehydration for a stretch.
Getting to it, I’ve already got finer hair to start so I’ve built in a care system where I use a thick comb, gentle hair ties and never bun my hair back wet to prevent breakage, but it didn’t matter. I would brush my hair gently and I could see dozes of one to four inches pieces lying on my black countertops. (Gosh I wish I’d saved a photo to show you!!) So, gutting.
