I recently enjoyed a long weekend away of celebrating life, having my fill of cocktails and yummy food and was thinking this was the perfect time to give you my post party secrets that keeps me on track with my body goals through EVERY celebration.



Bottom line, BALANCE IS POSSIBLE!! All you need is a little focus and my 4 easy steps to bounce back from any night of fun!

1.

Post party, chug down a scoop or two of protein powder mixed into water. It’s far better then a dense calorie snack attack AND the protein will help you continue to break down and utilize that left over sugar for body repair  over fat storage.

In the morning drink 12 oz of water then get a little caffeine in your system… Black coffee or a tea is ideal but don’t pair it with any food! This will unlock stored energy into your system to be available for fat burn!

Wait 15 minutes, then log this little 20 min sweat down with bodyweight cardio. (ie: jog, bike, row, jump rope or a bodyweight metcon.)

4 min on @ 80%

1 min chill

3 min on @ 85%

1 min chill

2 min on @ 90%

1 min chill

1 min on @ 95%

1 min chill.

Fast 2 more hours post sweat (water is suggested!) to allow your body to extend the fat burn from fat cells that are already present, then go about your day rebooted and ready.
