I have spent the majority of my life bitting my nails (and cuticles) as well as the majority of my life trying not to. Through years operating with my anxiety at a heavy simmer, I have taken my unconscious stress on my poor nail beds.
Beauty is so personal… Which makes it emotional. So this has been a very self conscious pain point for me.
After years of testing product upon product, willing to try anything to get my nails healthier - I got my hopes on yet another nail cream that promised results and for the first time … one delivered.
For anyone that’s looked down at their hand to a bleeding finger, not realizing they were even picking it, you can understand the relief I felt when I started to see my cuticles heal and my nails strengthen. My picking pattern diminished, mostly in part of not wanting to reverse the progress I was making.
